Construction Stormwater General Permit (CSGP)As of December 18, 2021, Indiana no longer administers the construction stormwater program under Indiana Administration Code (327 IAC 15-5 or Rule 5). Permitting coverage is now issued under the Construction Stormwater General Permit (CSGP). CSGP is a performance-based regulation designed to reduce pollutants that are associated with construction and/or land disturbing activities.

SWPPP will need to be submitted to the Jennings County SWCD via hard copy
and electronically. Fee payment is expected at the time of plan drop off. Be sure
to include the project manager's name and phone number. If you have any
questions regarding plan submittals, please email Becca McClellan or call (812)

Our review fee applies to ALL projects inside Jennings County limits.
Construction may begin 48 hours after submitting NOT.
